How I Got Rid of Cellulite in 4 Weeks

Getting rid of cellulite has always been on top on my to-do list but I was too lazy to try something which would take years to give the results. One day I finally decided to work on it and the best place to find some simple remedies was Pinterest. I went through many blogs and noted down few tips which could really help me to get rid of the cellulite. I created my own set of 15 tips from tons of tips that actually did work for me and helped to get rid of that ugly cellulite in just four weeks. Yes, just four weeks, I put all my efforts to get the results and same goes with anyone who is willing to try this. I love my body just like anyone else it’s not perfect but I love the way it is I can try to make it perfect in my own way.

I don’t have too much cellulite issue but I don’t want that little teeny meeny cellulite to turn into a big monster one day so I m taking precautions already. I have heavy thigh legs and m still working on getting that thigh gap and the day anything works out for me I will share it soon.Let me first tell you that cellulite is a medical condition in which our thighs becomes dimpled. It’s mainly the accumulation of fat cells, toxins, and proteins that have not been eliminated by the body.

I know you must be getting impatient by now and dying to get to those tips as soon as possible so let’s get started.

Keep Yourself Hydrated : This works, believe me, this works like magic. You don’t need to do anything else if you are drinking enough water a day. I drink 10-12 glasses of water each day and I can see the difference in my body. Staying hydrated all day long should be your first priority.

Lemon water: lemon water has millions of benefits. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning grab a glass of lemon water. It will help flush out all the impurities out of your body and you will feel fresh. It actually detoxifies your body.

Anti-Cellulite Diet: Get into an anti cellulite diet. I know it’s hard to depend on all those veggies all day long but they can buy a body you always wanted. Don’t change your diet after reading this, I know nobody will or can do that but try adding healthy food to your diet. Start slowly, first change your breakfast and that work on other meals. Have healthy veggies and fruits regularly which are rich in protein, iron, and vitamins.

Green Tea: My favorite thing of the entire day is having a cup full of green tea. It’s the foremost essential thing for me I love to have 2 cups of green tea each day. I have not still moved on that 3rd cup but m still working on it. I used to add a bit of sugar to my green tea but now m done doing that. A big no no to that evil sugar from now. I have increased liquid intake from last 2 months so it’s becoming difficult for me to have that 3 cup but m not giving up I will work on it soon. You can go for any green tea you like or make your own if you want so but have 2-3 cups of green tea a day.

Cut Out on Sugar & Salt: Stop consuming salt and sugar in excessive amount. These devils will ruin your body, kick them out of your life. I know it’s hard but give it a try and as I say start slowly, you will feel the difference.

Big No to Fitted Clothes: Chuck out all your tight fitted clothes. Remove them from your wardrobe. Put them in a place where you can’t see them. Let your body breath, please. Don’t wear clothes to please or flatter someone else even if you not feeling comfortable in them. Wear a bit loose and flowy clothes so that your body can breathe too.

Move Around & Workout: This is the best way to get rid of cellulite fast. Get up early, stretch your body and go out for running. If you don’t feel doing this, just move around a bit and start a workout routine. Focus on the areas like thighs and buttocks. You can see youtube videos for some workout routine or yoga poses. Get into a workout routine ASAP. I workout twice a day and love going for a walk and before sleeping, I do some yoga poses it really helps me to get a better sleep.

Good Skin Cream: Start using good skin creams for your body. After every bath moisturize your body with a good moisturizer and while applying it massage in upward and circular motion this will help in better blood circulation. If you want you can make your own herbal moisturizer, the choice is all yours.

Salt Water Bath: If not twice then at least once a week have a salt water bath. It will help remove toxins and fat cells from your body. Just add few tablespoons of salt to your water tub and relax for half an hour and then take a bath as usual.

Dry Brush Regularly: This one is the best if you want to see the results fast. Just buy a dry brush and brush your entire body while bathing. It will remove all the dead skin and toxins you won’t believe existed. The image will give you a good idea about how you can dry brush your body. Do this regularly for better results.

Anti Cellulite Massage: If you want you can visit any spa for an anti-cellulite massage or you can massage by yourself at home. Just take help of any family member. Apply few drops of coconut oil on your thighs and massage in an upward direction. Watch youtube videos for a proper guidance. I massage my body twice a week with coconut or olive oil.

Body Wraps: Body wraps have shown good results so far and this was a new thing which I tried recently. I was not having a good idea about it so I took help of youtube. Among those millions of remedies mine favorite were coconut oil and plastic wrap. Just two ingredients for a body wrap, I know it’s unbelievable but this works. You will not get perfect results in the first attempt but be patient. Apply this body wrap daily or alternate for best results. I like to clean the area where I m going to apply that body wrap. Next, I use some coconut oil for massaging my thigh legs and start wrapping that plastic wrap around it and leave it overnight. Make sure your body wrap is not too tight or not to loose because you have to sleep with it. Body wraps help burn fat due to perspiration. This method takes fewer efforts so try it.

Coffee Scrub: This one is my favorite and helped me get the results in just 4 weeks. I love using this scrub on my body, it’s the best way to get rid of that ugly cellulite. All you need is just 3 ingredients coffee, sugar, and coconut oil. Caffeine act as a natural skin tightening agent so it works best against cellulite problem. Take 2 tablespoons of coffee, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and 1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil. This is how I prepare my coffee scrub you can do the way you want. Just apply to your thighs in an upward direction and keep massaging for 5-6 minutes and then wash it off. The coconut oil in the scrub will act as a natural moisturizer but if want you can apply moisturizer after your bath. I like applying this coffee scrub thrice a week.

Sleep Enough: As I always say sleep enough to stay beautiful. Sleep 8 hours minimum to feel fresh and healthy next day. Nothing will work if you will not have proper sleep. Allow your body to rest properly so that your body can feel fresh and healthy just like you.

Life Hacks That Will Blow Your Mind

This life hack videos and posts are blowing away everybody’s mind and they have kind of started loving it. So I decided why not test this life hacks to see if they really are a Hack or just Wack.?? For me, working on this post was super fun, I tried new things and was amazed to see the results. Everybody loves these life hacks because they have made our life so much easier, they work as a miracle. When we are working and something goes wrong we all pray for a miracle to happen and suddenly that miracle steps in and says “Here I am a life Hack to save you out of that hell”.

Life hacks do serve as lifesavers if they work properly when we want to get things quickly done. I’m gonna mention the life hacks that do and don’t work because I wanted you guys to know that some of them are a total disaster and you should never ever try them. Rub the banana peel over your teeth, leave it for few minutes then brush off with a toothbrush. Try this for a month or two to get white teeth.

Works best when you wanna get that perfect winged eyeliner. You can just put it close to your eyelid while applying your liner or you can cut a triangle shape to work as a stencil for your eyeliner.

This was complete wack. When you get that watery eyes while applying eye makeup stare right and left for few minutes. This was a total shit, my eyes became more watery.

Dry Eyeliner or Mascara : Wack

This was a horrible hack. I saw it on youtube. If your eyeliner gets dry just give it the warmth of your body. Your body temperature will help it melt down. This doesn’t work for me instead I poured few drops of eye drops   into it and viola I got a brand new eyeliner.

Mascara on Eyes : Hack

While applying mascara if you accidentally drop it on your eyeshadow don’t hesitate, let it dry for few minutes and flick the dry eyeliner off with the same brush you were using to apply eyeshadow.

Black Eyeshadow : Hack

If your roots or scalp shows while your hair is up, take your black eyeshadow and apply it with your makeup brush on the areas where your roots or scalp is showing.

Big Red Pimple : Hack

If you have that big event next day and you get that horrible big pimple. Apply ice cube on it. This is a life saver.

Listening to Your Favorite Song : Wack

Listening to your favorite song before bed does not help you sleep. I have tried this and it did not work at all instead drink a glass of milk. It contains lactic acid which helps you sleep.

So these were some of the life hacks which I tested some of them worked and some were a big failure. I will share more life hacks with you in another post. 50 Healthy Habits Every Girl Should Have

This post is going to be very short as I will share few healthy habits that (I follow in my daily life) every girl should have. Recently I read this amazing article on Pinterest and I loved it so much that I decided to share it with you all (I have also added few of mine habits). Everybody wants to live a healthy lifestyle but for that we need to add few simple and small things into our routine.

When I read this article I was amazed to see that out of 50 only a few habits were out off my list and I was happy to see that I m following rest all to stay happy and healthy. Every girl entering her 20’s should read this article definitely if she wants a happy today and a healthy tomorrow.

How I Became a Morning Person

Writing this post took me a little long because I was working on this morning person thing from last 5-6 months. It was very hard for me to get into a morning routine because me being a lazy and night person trying out these things was next to an impossible mission but when you finally stop thinking about something and start doing, things happens. I was so confident that I will be a morning person as soon as 2016 starts but again there I was lazy and lying around in my room like anything, no inspiration, no aim, no goal nothing in life and at blink of an eye, June came and I started realizing that I have wasted half of year doing nothing.

I used to wake up late and do nothing and this continued for a pretty long time but one day I finally decided to stop this shit.  I research a lot on how to be a morning person and my inspiration was Kalyn Nicolson. I also watched many other you-tubers and bloggers but she being an incredible girl inspired me the most. I saw her videos on you-tube and started doing things which could actually help me become a morning person. I saw these videos for getting some positivity and inspiration. It may sound very easy but becoming a morning person takes extra efforts you can ever imagine. Watching videos and reading blogs is never enough though, you have to start following them ASAP. Being a morning person has advantages of its own and I got sick of laying around and being lazy, i wanted to enjoy its perks too.

  1. Morning person is usually proactive, optimistic, do more things than others in a day. They feel happy, healthy & positive entire day. Below are some tips that helped me become a morning person and they truly work.
    1. Change your alarm to something fun and energizing, your favorite song can help it will boost you up in the morning. You can change your alarm time to time if you want and don’t forget to turn off snooze.
  2.  Keep your alarm away from your bed, place it at a different corner of your room. It forces you to get up. Drink a glass of lemon water as soon as you wake up. I like having a glass of cold water.
  3. Make your bed, it will stop you from crawling back into it and sleep. (this works the best)
  4. Get some daylight and fresh air as soon as you wake up. Open up all the windows of your room. I like sitting in the garden for few minutes.
  5. Have a cup of coffee or green tea with something to read like a novel or a newspaper. (My favorite is Twining earl grey-green tea)
  6. Meditating, yoga, stretching and workout boost up your body for the entire day. I like to meditate for few minutes, it gives me peace which I need in the morning and continues with my workout routine for 30 minutes.57e1f3cdffa71e33a83e0ec12263f35e
  7. Never ever skip your breakfast, I never do that, I like to have fresh fruit juice with banana pancakes. If you wanna know what I like to have in my breakfast go check out my post on “Healthy Breakfast Ideas for Summer”.
  8. Plan out your day a night before, like things you will do. Planning your entire day in advance saves your time and effort.
  9. Set a routine which includes every step that you are gonna follow throughout the day, it will help to be more productive.
  10.  Wake up in the morning, get ready and reward yourself, have a cup of coffee, go out for a movie with friends or enjoy your day out shopping.
  11. Get into a night routine ASAP and complete all your work at a time. Your body will slowly get tired by that time forcing you to sleep.
  12. Try sleeping at decent hours like 11-11:30. Switch off all the lights it will help you fall asleep faster.
  13. Take a bath before you sleep. It’s totally optional but I like bathing with lukewarm water at night.
  14. If you are not feeling sleepy at all, read your favorite novel or have a cup of green tea.
  15. Try walking up 15 minutes early then your usual time, like I started with waking up at 9 then 8:30, 8 and so on. It will help your body to get used to that change and you will finally be able to wake up at the time you wanted.

My Under-Budget Skin Care Routine

I have been following a skin care routine for a long time and it has really helped me to keep my skin healthy and nourished. it doesn’t matter what skin type you have oily, dry, combination whatever, having a perfect skincare routine is a must. my skin care routine is under budget and affordable too. I don’t believe in buying fancy products that don’t even work on your skin. so try to go for brands you are comfortable with suit yourself, ladies.

my skin care routine is a bit different, 1 week I like to try these branded skin care products and on the other I like to go all herbal. I give my skin 1 week time so that I can see if the products are really working for my skin or not.
There are 3 basic steps in a normal skin care routine :
1. Cleansing
2. Toning
3. Moisturizing
But I have added some steps which I like to follow in my skin care routine, they are counted amongst Asian beauty secrets tips to get a healthy and glowy skin.

My skin care routine includes:

1. Cleansing

2.Icing

2. Exfoliating

3.Toning

4.Moisturising

The products that I will mention in this post have been tried by me, earlier I was not at all a skin care routine person, but now I don’t skip my routine a single day because we need to follow this routine in order to keep our skin clean and fresh. These products were soo good for my skin that I decided to share it with you all. they are underbudgeted and works soo well.

Cleansing : you can use any kind oil  which is right for your skin to remove all your makeup at once, I personally like to use coconut oil the day when I decide to go all herbal because it works amazingly on my skin But on the other days I prefer Nivea cleansing milk. It has that milky lotion texture which helps remove everything. Put few drops of this creamy substance on your finger and massage in circular motion for 3-4 minutes. massaging your face with cleanser helps you remove all the makeup and dirt. don’t use water lets the milky substance work on eon your skin. if you have dry skin use foam cleanser and if you have oily skin use milk cleanser.

Icing : after cleansing wash your face with water. now take an ice cube and apply on your face in an upward direction. It helps reduce the puffiness, large pores, and Smoothens your skin. if you have sensitive skin the wrap it in a cloth and then move in circular motion. this way you can enjoy a nice facial.

Toning : once you apply ice on your face leave it for 5 minutes and then take a cotton pad and pour few drops of toner on it. I use body shop toner and it is amazing. I love body shop products they work so well o your skin. cleaning your face with toner helps remove any leftover of makeup. it actually detoxifies your skin

Exfoliate : exfoliating your face is really really important. I exfoliate my skin twice a week to keep it fresh. the layer of our skin becomes dead as it’s important for us to remove that dead skin. I exfoliate using Nivea face scrub. its can be used in 5 ways so I love this product. This scrub can be used as the face wash, face scrub and face pack but I love using this as the face scrub. it has that skin whitening properly which helps to make your skin fairer. Nivea products are worth buying.

Tea Bag : take a freshly  used tea bag and apply under your eyes and your breakout areas. it really helps you calm down the stress and irritation.

Moisturizing : last and the most important step is to moisturize and protect your face. I use dove skin cream to moisturize my face. its light and fresh and affordable too. If you are suffering from those aging properties don’t forget to apply under eye cream. well, i don’t use any under eye cream so can’t recommend one.

that’s all for my skin care routine and dont forget  it dosent matter what brand you use to make sure they work well on your face. skin care routine is a must for men and women so stop avoiding it and keep your skin healthy. once you will start following this routine you will gradually see the difference. How I Got Pink lips Naturally

I have been working on this post for a long time. I tried tons and tons of home remedies for getting pink lips. Saw many youtube videos and blogs but only a few were efficient to work on my lips. Months before I was suffering from some kind of skin infection and due to that I could not try these remedies on my lips as they were in horrible condition but as soon as they became normal I tried every single method I searched.

I don’t have dark lips but I don’t have pink lips too, my lip color is somewhere in the middle of these two. I wanted to try these methods and see if they could make my lips any better. My lips sometimes become dry for no reason and skin starts coming out, this irritates me a lot and forces me to peel it off, it hurts badly and I could not wear lipstick most of the time.

I wanted to try these remedies as I badly wanted to get rid of this problem and having pink lips has always been my first priority, I mean who will not love to have gorgeous pink lips. Here are 3 remedies which tried and that really worked for my lips and helped me make them pink.

1. Unsalted butter or ghee (1 tablespoon), olive or coconut oil (1 tablespoon), honey (1 tablespoon), turmeric (a pinch), aloe vera gel (1 teaspoon)

Mix all these things in a bowl and put the mixture into an airtight container because you can use this mixture for a month, now wipe your lips using rose water and apply this mixture on your lips and leave it overnight. Wash your lips in the morning, if you are using this mixture in the day time skip turmeric and you are good to go.

2. Coconut oil or olive oil (1 tablespoon), crushed sugar (1 tablespoon)

Mix these things into a bowl and wipe your lips using rose water now massage your lips with this mixture. All you are doing is scrubbing your lips to remove all the dead skin, make sure to be gentle because pushing too hard will damage your lips. After scrubbing your lips need hydration so apply petroleum jelly. You can do this before going to bed.

3. Tea bag

Take a tea bag dip it into hot water and drink that tea, you would not want to waste your green tea coz I don’t do that like ever. Now take that tea and put it into the freezer overnight. Take it out in the morning and apply on your lips 10 times clockwise and anticlockwise direction.

Few more things which I wanted to share is that your lips color reflects your digestion system which means if you have dark lips you have severe digestion problem so do consult a doctor. Next, if you are a coffee addict just like me. Make sure to use a straw because drinking coffee directly makes your lips darker due to caffeine. I m trying these remedies from last 3-4 months and believe me they really really work. Have tried tonnes but I would say these really showed the results. Healthy Breakfast Ideas For Summer

This summer season is really getting on my nerves. It’s way too hot then one could ever imagine. I used to have a cup of hot or cold coffee in the morning but as I started my workout and yoga routine, I don’t think having caffeine on a regular basis is a good habit so I decided to switch towards more healthy morning breakfast. Having a cup of tea or coffee in the morning is never ever enough, it does not provide your body with any kind of nutrition or health benefits. Try having something healthy like fruits in the morning to stay happy and healthy.

I have changed my breakfast habit completely and today I decided to share with you guys what I love to have for breakfast. It’s easy and you will only need minutes to prepare it.

let’s get started…

1. Fruit Smoothie

I love having this fruit smoothie in the morning. It’s so refreshing and healthy as well. Having fresh fruits in the morning is the best way to start your day, you can eat them or have them as a smoothie or fruit juice.

Recipe : 1 cup orange juice, I cup watermelon, 1 banana, 1 cup yogurt.

Add all these things into a mixer and there is your fruit smoothie ready in a minute. I don’t add any sweetener I like it the way it is. If you want you can add anything you wants. Adding more fruits will be a good option but that’s totally your choice.

2. Banana Pancake

I love having pancakes in the morning but I cannot waste my entire morning to get that perfect pancakes. I want something in my tummy as soon as I wake up so here is my kind of easy and tasty pancake recipe. I have this bloating issue so I like to have anything which is healthy. Starting my day with a wheat flour pancakes in the morning is not a good option for me.

Recipe : 1 banana, 1 egg, a teaspoon milk and a pinch of baking powder

Add all these things to a bowl. Smash the banana and mix everything so that you can get a thick paste. Now take a non-stick pan and pour a small amount of mixture on it. When you see the bubble popping out flip the pancake. Quick and easy pancakes for the morning is all you need.

3. Healthy Habit

I named this breakfast as a healthy habit because everything is healthy about it. You don’t need anything special for this, a cup of green tea (your choice) and a bowl full of healthy fruits and you are ready to go. Having green tea alone in the morning is not a good option but having a big bowl filled with fruits is a perfect option. I like having this breakfast on a weekend.

Hello, people its been a very very long time since I have posted. I was busy with my work , sister’s marriage, and other stuff but now m free and ready to work on my blog again. Few things took me away from my blog but no negativity now, m back with some amazing posts. Hope you all will enjoy reading them.
I have been working on some tips and tricks to increase my height as I m short but this thing does not bother me, I just wanted to give it a try being short is kind of cute and I love my height. I went through some blogs and youtube videos and I found these amazing tips to increase height naturally. Everybody knows I love sharing my views about things that I try and how they turned out for me. I have been working on these tips from a long time and now I decided to write about it because I can really feel the difference and I thought it’s the right time to share it with you.

First thing first be happy with your height, different people have different heights, being short is not an issue as it has perks of its own but you need to stay positive that you can increase your height if you want .. never ever give up. It will take little effort and time but you will get the results.

Your height depends 75% on genetics and 25% on other factors so there is still a chance to grow.
Things To Avoid
Stop smoking : it destroys your cellular structure
Stop drinking alcohol : it damages your liver
Stop doing weights in gym : it confuses your body and disturbs your cellular structure
Stop stressing : when you take stress your body produces bad hormones so stress less and smile more.

Stand straight with your back against the wall for 20 minutes every day.

Tips to keep in mind
Proper sleep (8-9 hours sleep is necessary)
Strong immune system
Regular exercise and sports
Maintain the correct posture
Balanced diet
Eat at right times
Eat fruits like apple and banana
Take milk and other dairy products
Exposure to sunlight
Drink lots of water

Pressure Points
Between eyebrows : Use your thumb to press firmly 9 times clockwise and anticlockwise between your eyebrows.
The point on top of your head : Find the pressure points on the top of your head by going up straight to the top from your ear and press firmly 9 times clockwise and anticlockwise.
Above your ear : place 3 fingers right above your ear. The pressure point is where your index finger is. Use your index or middle finger and press firmly 9 times clockwise and anticlockwise.
Back of your head : find the hollow part between the back of your head and neck and press firmly 9 times clockwise and anticlockwise.

Believe me, I have tried all the above-mentioned tips and they have helped me so far and I can feel the difference already. I know it will take a little more efforts and time as I have been trying these from past 5-6 months but I m ready to give all my efforts. Feel free to comment below I will be happy to help.
