5 Latte Recipes For Fall

I m a devout lover of all things coffee. Though I m not too addicted I would surely give up my morning breakfast before I would give up my morning coffee. I m in love love with my daily morning latte. As soon as I wake up every day, after doing my usual morning stuff I take my zombie-like, half awake walk directly into my kitchen, brew my coffee, froth my milk and prepare myself a warm cup of happiness and then I go and start my day. Now it is true I cannot start my day without a coffee but I only drink one cup coffee a day not more than that. I drink cafe latte specifically. Every now and then I crave for something different or a little different I would say. I mean who doesn’t want to add new flavors to life. The day I discovered these coffee drinks was just one of those days. These fall-inspired latte recipes are creamy and satisfying, a perfect way to get your caffeine jolt for the day.

Mint Latte

Wake me up with a mint green tea latte anytime any day. I have been drinking this mint tea latte every time I want a noncaffeinated drink. The nice depth of flavors and the froth made from the frother creates the perfect texture. I used whole milk and brown sugar as sweeteners but feel free to add some honey if you want to sweeten up your latte.

Ingredients:

  1. Half a cup hot water
  2. Tea bag
  3. 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  4. One cup froth milk.

How to:

  • Boil half a cup of water for about 30 sec.
  • Add mint flavored green tea bag to it. And let it rest for few minutes.
  • Add a tablespoon of sugar to the cup and mix.
  • Now froth a cup of milk in a frother or mixer and add it to the green tea mix.
  • Your frothy mint tea latte is ready.
Golden Latte

This year I so wanted to try the Turmeric Latte. All thanks to the Pinterest I was instantly hooked when I first had it. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory powder spice. When its paired with warm milk, honey, cinnamon, and ginger pure magic happen. For the past 2 weeks, I have been enjoying a cup in the afternoon when I m feeling particularly tired and crunchy from work or when I m in desperate need of something sweet.

Ingredients:

  1. Half ginger
  2. 1&1/2 tsp turmeric
  3. A cup of milk
  4. Black pepper for taste
  5. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

How to:

  • Add a dash of milk, ginger, turmeric powder and sprinkles of black pepper to a mixer.
  • Blend all of them well.
  • Strain the mixture into a cup.
  • Froth a cup of milk.
  • Add milk to the mixture.
Earl Grey Tea Latte

What else can be a better way to start your fall without some hot beverages and I advise you cozying up with a rose and earl grey tea latte. I have to admit, my predilection for coffee has stunted my relationship with tea. I m making it a goal to get more creative with my elixirs for new year. So far I m off to a good start because I m thrilled with how this tea latte turned out. For me, I m addicted to earl grey tea and for this latte recipe, earl grey was a perfect choice. The result is a luscious, warm and insanely aromatic cup of tea.

Rose Syrup:

  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1/4 cup water
  3. 1/2 cup edible rose petals.
  4. Earl grey Tea

Ingredients

  • One cup whole milk.
  • One cup boiling water
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bag
  • Four tsps rose syrup
  • One tablespoon Honey or sugar
  • One tbsp edible Dried rose petals.
  • Rosewater

How to(make rose syrup):

  • Add sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook until the sugar dissolves.
  • Turn off the heat, add rose petals and steep for 5minutes.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pushing on the petals to extract as much of the remaining syrup as possible.
  • Boil half a cup of water.
  • Combine the earl grey tea bags with rose syrup and steep in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Discard the tea bag.
  • Let it rest for few minutes.
  • Add one tablespoon Honey or sugar to it.
  • Froth a cup of milk into a frother to your desired warmth and foam.
  • Fill your mug halfway with tea and rose syrup mix and then add the frothed milk.
  • Mist the mug with a few sprays of high quality rose water.
  • Garnish with few dried rose petals.
  • Add dried rose petals on the top of the cup if desired.
Cinnamon Latte

I have got a perfect pre-fall latte recipe to warm you up a bit. I promise this recipe will make your fall better than ever. The combination of coffee, cinnamon and especially honey will get your back. Meet your new favorite coffee drink. I was a little worried that it will be going to be too sweet but when I took that first sip wooww!! It was AMAZING!! honey and cinnamon together tasted marvelous. Cinnamon, honey, and espresso- delicious!

Ingredients:

  1. One tablespoon sugar
  2. One cup milk
  3. Half a cup water
  4. A dash of cinnamon
  5. A dash of nutmeg
  6. 2drops of vanilla essence
  7. One shot of espresso

How to:

  • Make a shot of espresso.
  • Add espresso, honey, 2 drops of vanilla essence and cinnamon to the blender. Pulse for about 15 seconds until nice and frothy.
  • Pour into a cup.
  • Now froth milk into a frother and add it to the coffee mix.
  • Spoon foam from blender onto tops of lattes.
  • Finish latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of nutmeg.
  • Sit back take a nice long sip and enjoy.
Dirty Chai Latte

I first heard about the DIRTY CHAI LATTE this fall over Pinterest, while going through some vegan latte recipe to try this October. I was so intrigued by the recipe since chai lattes are already one of my favorites drinks and I had a sneaking suspicion that it could only become better with the addition of a shot of espresso. I learned how to make them and they tasted insanely delicious and so I decided to add it to my fall latte recipe list. Not lying but this dirty chai latte has now come to replace my usual chai latte and coffee as a drink of choice.

Ingredients:

  1. One cup milk
  2. A dash of Cinnamon
  3. One tablespoon Honey
  4. 2shots espresso
  5. 2drops of vanilla essence
  6. Chai tea mixture

How to:

  • Boil half a cup of water.
  • Add black tea bags to it or you can use open leaves and boil it in water. Let the mixture rest for few minutes.
  • Now add a dash of cinnamon to the mix.
  • Next, add 2 drops of vanilla essence and one tablespoon of honey.
  • Now add 1-2 shots of espresso to the above mix. You can add shots as per your taste.
  • I don’t like strong coffee so I used one shot.
  • Now froth a cup of milk and add it to the above mix to get your desired dirty chai latte.

Knowing that it’s April and 32 C|F outside I think it’s a perfect time to have a chilled and awesome smoothie for your breakfast. I love to start my day on a healthy note and I think one can never go wrong with a healthy smoothie, as they are such a tasty way to pack in a ton of nutrients at one time. Going through so many healthy recipes I chose to share my 3 fav Super Summer Smoothies for today’s #TriedNewTuesday section also they are my Current 3 favorites smoothie recipes. It’s always good to share healthy stuff with our readers coz I believe in making the world healthier. I consider these 3 smoothies “Basic & Classic” because they are great flavor and health combo that pleases almost everyone plus these are the kind of smoothies that I think everyone knows how to prepare and chances are you’ll find your favorite summer fruits on hand for these.

I m a huge fruit person and summer is my time to get completely crazy for them, with each passing summer aka hot days I m trying to include more and more fruits and veggies into my diet. My 2017 health goal list does include trying 5 new smoothie recipes each month I know it’s the best way to stay healthy, stick to your goals and keep things going. There really is no way you can go wrong making a smoothie, just mix your favorite stuff and YOU’RE DONE!! but I think these recipes are a great jumping off point if the blender intimidates you. I would love if you guys will share your favorite smoothie recipe below.

  1. 1 Banana

Cappachino & Mocha Frappuccino: Perfection In A Cup

I only have two words for today Cappuccino and Frappuccino oh man!! I m so in love with coffees these days and I believe that my posts may be truly depicting that. Now when I have learned to make all my favorite coffee house recipes at home I m so much more excited to try more and more each day. I know I know my waistline is going to be very very sorry but my taste buds, on the other hand, are throwing an awesome party making me crave for more and more coffee each day. It’s time to forget heading to your favorite coffee house for a coffee fix and make your own mocha frappuccino at home!

Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I will be sharing these 2 amazing coffee house recipes. First, we will be talking about Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino. It’s not a proprietary Starbucks recipe but it’s just a copycat clone that will save your time and money and most importantly you can treat yourself with a cup of homemade Starbucks drink anytime and it will take only 5 minutes of your entire day.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Shots Espresso, Chilled
  2. 1/3 Cup Milk (frothed and cooled)
  3. 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  4. 1 Large Cup Ice Cubes
  5. 2 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
  6. Whipped Cream or Ice Cream for serving, a little Chocolate Syrup

Instruction:

  • In a blender add 1 cup of ice cubes and 1/3 cup of chilled espresso.
  • Make sure your coffee is chilled. Add 1/3 cup of milk(any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. Then 2 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Viola, you have an easy homemade Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino. It’s a refreshing drink for your hot summer days. Easy and delicious!

Without a doubt, this is the best homemade cappuccino recipe I have ever tried from Pinterest. The end product is creamy and smooth with a strong but not too strong taste of coffee. I would like to call this as “Perfection In A Cup”. Each day I drink this coffee and I m left craving for more so I concocted this frothy mixture. I don’t own a proper espresso or a cappuccino machine but I could create the exact decadent drink using my blender. Coz you gotta use what you gotta have girl!! And there are so many amazing recipes available on the internet these days that won’t even require this high quality and expensive gadgets to create your favorite drink.

This simple homemade version of cappuccino in not as perfect as one made with fancy gadgetry but it guaranteed hits the spot when you need a shot of caffeine as soon as you wake up in the morning without taking a trip to your local coffee shop early morning. I know all of these drinks are somewhat related to each other but I could not resist myself from getting my hands on each of this recipe list for at least once and why not because for me summer is all about COFFEE!!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup Milk
  2. Cinnamon or Cocoa Powder for garnish(optional)
  3. 2-3 Ounces Brewed Espresso ( double shot)

Preparation:

  • Using an espresso machine or a regular blender brew 2 shots of espresso.
  • Steam 1 cup milk and generate a good amount of thick froth for cream using a blender. Remember you need to create more foam than you usually create for a latte. Place your heated milk in a lidded jar and shake vigorously, whip the milk for a minute or two until it’s nice and frothy. Make sure you use a jar large enough that leaves room for creating a thick foam.
  • Next, pour espresso into a serving mug, now slowly pour steamed frothed milk into the coffee. A cappuccino should be equal parts coffee and foam with about half the amount of milk. Using a spoon you can empty the foam and top your cappuccino with half of thick foam if required.
  • Dust with Cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired and its ready to serve and that’s how you can make a cappuccino without a machine.

Iced Mocha & Mocha Latte: Newest Obsession

ICED MOCHA

Coffee being my recent obsession I especially love mochas. Let me tell you it’s all about MOCHA today hot or cold. I wanted to share this mocha recipe with you all from a long time because it has been my recent weekend favorite also I m sorry I could not post under #TriedNewTuesday on time as I promised but there were few urgent orders that I needed to dispatch in time. Please accept my apologies that I could not deliver these amazing recipes to you on time but m really really getting carried away by workload still trying to keep my shit together.  Talking about today here I m sharing 2 amazing food posts back to back. I hope you guys will enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed making them. Having Pinterest as my best friend I love making coffeehouse drinks at home and for this one, you won’t even need an espresso machine as well!! nor you do have to plan ahead and make some double strength coffee and have it chilled a night before. I prepare my 1 batch at the moment m ready to make a coffee. I guess preparing in advance for the week is boring, also I love to use things fresh to make my drinks! Saving money and having one of my favorite coffee beverages at home makes me feel like I m in heaven and the coffee recipes I m sharing with you every Tuesdays are a way to easy to give a try. When I feel like having a pampered morning I make my coffee just after I wake up. I will put all the things I will need in the fridge and go for an amazing shower because 30 minutes later everything would be perfectly ready for me to make the coffee. The recipe I m sharing today makes 1 tall beverage. If you want for 2, double it. Even if you only replace your daily coffee shop drinks with this once a week you could save in thousands at the end end of the year. Trust me with this!!

If I could only drink one thing for the rest of my life it would be ICED COFFEE!!

Things You Will Need:

  1. 1 cup ice
  2. 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
  3. 3/4 cup milk
  4. 2-3 tbsp chocolate syrup (to taste)
  5. Whipped cream or Ice cream (to decorate)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass 2/3 full of ice(about a cup)
  2. Add 1/4 cup of double strength chilled coffee
  3. Add 3/4 cup of chilled frothed milk(you can use a blender to froth your milk)
  4. Drizzle in 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup. I have used mine favorite Hersheys chocolate syrup.
  5. The next step is completely optional but I bet your drink will look fabulous when it will be topped with some whipped cream, cocoa powder, and a little more chocolate syrup.

IN SHORT:

  • All you need to do is to Layer in a glass: ice, coffee, milk and 2 tbsp chocolate syrup.
  • Stir with a straw then add more chocolate syrup if desired
  • Top with an ice cream and add more syrup.

So delicious!!

Mocha Latte

It’s time to give up your favorite coffeehouse mocha latte to save some money and don’t you worry guys this mocha latte recipe is very easy. It will just need 5 minutes of your entire day. I won’t lie but I m completely obsessed with mocha latte geez it tastes so freaking good. My morning sand my late night work is sponsored by mocha most of the time.

Forget about all those amazing coffee house drinks you fell in love with at your neighborhood coffee place. Talking about me I don’t like my city coffee house drinks as they are a way too boring for me or maybe I haven’t tried some good places yet but I bet I can make far better than them and though I m putting myself into trying new recipes each day I m learning new things. Homemade drinks are not only pocket-friendly but they can cost you just pennies that too in just 5 minutes. Doesn’t it sound cool?

You will only need 3 ingredients for this:

  1. 8 ounces Hot Brewed Strong Coffee
  2. 2 tablespoon Hot Chocolate Mix
  3. 1/4 cup Whole milk or Normal Milk
  4. Off course if you want to fancy it up a bit you can add some whipped cream it’s totally up to you I used the frothed milk bubbles here.

Instructions:

  1. So to start, add the hot chocolate mix to the strong hot coffee.
  2. Stir it up well and be sure to really get in there and mix it around crazy so that it’s really well combined.
  3. Then heat up the milk on the stove and if you don’t have one of those fancy little aerators for making foamed milk use a blender. Otherwise, grab your small jar with a lid and whisk and whisk the milk like a crazy for a minute or so until its good and foamy. Then pour that foamed milk into the coffee slowly.
  4. Well like I said unless you want to get a little fancier. Go ahead grab the whipped cream and pour over.
  5. You can whip up this simple at home latte just in minutes with a few easy pantry ingredients.

In Short

  • Stir together the coffee and hot chocolate mix in a large mug.Heat the milk on the stove to warm, it should be around 100 degrees or just hot enough that you can only keep a finger in it comfortably for a couple of seconds. Remove from the stove and froth the milk using a blender or alternatively you can whisk vigorously by hand until the milk gets foamy about in a minute.
  • Pour the frothed milk into the coffee if desired garnish with thick foam or dust a cocoa powder mix over it.

What’s your morning ritual??For most of us, each of our morning includes an amazing cup of hot coffee to get the day started and for some, it’s more than JUST A CUP OF COFFEE. its the only thing that keeps them from acting like a zombie in the mornings and eating people’s brain around them.

So, coffee drinkers hers a post for you all.

Homemade lattes are the best way to sip a coffeehouse favorite! made lighter with favorite sweetener, coffee, and milk!

Well, the good news is that it’s gonna be series of posts where I will be sharing a quick guide for making FANCY coffee shop drinks!! I m soo excited to finally work on this. I will be posting all such post under the #LUXURYATHOME tag and I will share these recipes every coming Tuesday’s under #TriedNewTuesday section till the time I can manage to post about COFFEE!! Trying something new and experimenting with the old has always been on my top list whether it be food or anything else.

My city weather has gone kind of insane its cold morning and night and horribly hot during the afternoons making it difficult me to think clear what m I actually craving for HOT or COLD!! I love hot and frozen coffees and this is going to kind of challenging for me but I would love to try some new recipes and share them with you all(if I  will like it) well well its always good to fall into new challenges and achieve them. Coming on to the recipe now:

Preparing a hot latte drink is simple, given you are the right ingredients on hand. A Hot, brewed coffee can brighten up your day and save your money too. Trust me with this you’re putting your hard -earned cash back into your pocket by making all your favorite drinks at home and it tastes as if you’ve bought straight from a coffee shop. Enjoy your hot latte at any time of year morning or night like me during when the thought of having a coffee outside makes you think twice.

LATTE

  • 1 Shot Espresso
  • Hot Milk
  • Tsp Sweetener of Choice

Brew espresso and heat up the milk on the stove top while you wait. Froth milk in a pot with a hand held frother or you can use your normal blender like I have used after adding in sweeter of choice. Add espresso into a mug (pour quantity according to how strong you want your coffee to be) add frothed milk just after,(pour milk at the corner of a mug to get that fancy coffee shop look) top with cinnamon at the end.

My Mondays are just going better and better. Because a good book and a perfectly chilled chocolatey frozen coffee blended with the ice can make any day better. Plus a homemade copycat that tastes way better than the store bought is always a winner.

It’s the time of year! when iced coffees are my everyday companion. I made a run to my local grocery store with mom the other day. It was so fucking hot and humid. As soon as I got home I pulled out my blender and made this beauty. I still love to start my day with a hot cup of latte but this chilled frappuccino is like an evening treat and recently it has replaced all my evening desserts. Because this is itself like dessert in a mug! Fudge sauce, ice cream and all! you feeling me??

So here’s a copycat frozen coffee drink perfect for the hot summer days! I promise It will take only 5 minutes to whip it up.

FRAPPUCCINO

  • 2 Espresso
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
In a blender add ice, chilled espresso, milk, sugar and chocolate syrup. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve in a glass with a straw. Enjoy!! You can throw on some ice cream like me or decorate with a whipped cream.

3 Favorite Infused Water Recipes

We are all supposed to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day but very few of us can make up to this. One of my new year’s resolutions is to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day although I have been drinking 10 glasses of water since 2016 I m happy to move forward with this healthy habit of mine. Drinking normal water can be kind of boring so I have come up 3 delicious way to infuse my favorite fruits into the water to add that extra health benefits to it and drink more water. Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I wanted to share 3 infused water recipes that you guys will love love love. These are actually 3 belly detoxifying AKA flavored water recipes. Sometimes I like to prepare it a night before so that I can drink it as soon as my day starts and for rest of the day. Not to forget why I love drinking flavored water a)it’s my recent obsession and b) it’s my new year’s goal too. Infused water tastes much much better than regular water. It has that extra vitamins and minerals that make it tastes amazing and good for our health too. Drinking more water helps to get all the toxins out of our body.

If you are someone struggling to drink more water than infusing it with some fresh fruits and vegetables is the best way to add flavor to that boring glass of water. All you have to do is add your favorite fruits to a glass of water and you’re good to go. Not to forget it has many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are good for our body.

Things You Will Need:

  1. Fruits
  2. Vegetables
  3. Herbs
  4. Water

All you have to do is add as many fruits as you want to the water and let it sit for 30 minutes and enjoy. Trust me its the best way to drink more water in a day. You know infused water is pretty hard to resist.

Healthy Fall Breakfast Recipe

I have been on a lookout for some healthy and fall inspired breakfast recipes to get me through the entire week. Nothing cut my Monday blues quite like a cup of hot “Chai Latte” or “Green Tea”. Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I decided to post about a very simple yet healthy breakfast recipe prepared using only 4 ingredients. I know you must be thinking of this as a joke but it’s not. You will thank me after reading this post. After trying this recipe I thought of sharing it on my blog as it tasted yummy. All I can say while eating it is: Bring me some more, please..!!

Fall Egg Breads

This fall breakfast recipe made with Brown Bread, Egg, Milk and Honey is a delicious way to fight the entire week’s morning fly by. It’s one of the quick and healthy bread recipes. You will only need 5-10 minutes to prepare this. I m using brown bread instead of white as they are healthy and keeps me full until my lunch hours. I eat 3 egg bread every morning with my green tea or coffee.

Things You Will Need:
  1. Brown Bread Slices (2-3)
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/2 tablespoon honey

Preparation:
  1. Take a bowl (wide enough to dip your bread).
  2. Beat the egg and milk.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon honey.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Take a nonstick pan and heat on medium.
  6. Now dip the bread slice into the bowl and soak.
  7. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  8. Fry the saturated bread until it’s golden on each side.
  9. Viola..!! its ready to serve.

10-Minutes Spicy Noodle Soup Recipe

With the arrival of the fall season, everybody loves to comfort themselves with warm things, like coffee, sweaters, tea, soup, hot chocolate cake etc. Having spicy, slurpy soup on a chilly fall day has become my new obsession. I m a huge fan of quick and one pot recipes, though I m not a foodie or a chef but I still like to cook some easy recipes to pamper my taste buds whenever I feel like trying something new(or when I m hungry). Being addicted to Ching’s noodles lately, (as it tastes way better than Meggie noodles) I decided to experiment with it a little.
Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I will be sharing an incredibly easy and delicious 10 Minutes Ching’s Noodles Soup recipe with you. Fall has arrived and I have fallen in love with this soup recipe. I m so glad to share these kinds of healthy recipes on my blog, you guys like my food posts compared to others.
The fall season is here and we should not be late to fill our boxes with hot and cozy recipes. This incredible and delightful soup is made with Ching’s noodles, Ching’s soup mix, fresh veggies, spices, and herbs. It’s perfect hearty soup for fall I guess. I have added cilantro and hot pepper to top my spicy soup bowl you may choose anything of your choice(be creative).One great thing about this recipe is its simple, comforting and tasty at the same time, perfect for a lazy fall day yeah!! I guess I have said enough in the favor of it, let’s get straight to the recipes now.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages Ching’s Schezwan Noodles
  2. 1 package Ching’s Manchurian Soup mix
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 2 tablespoon Chings Hot chili sauce
  5. 1 small onion diced
  6. 1 small tomato diced
  7. 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  8. 5 clove garlic minced
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 4 cups of water
  11. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  13. 1/2 cup Scallion chopped
  14. 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  15. 1 carrot diced
  16. 1 green chili diced
  17. 1 capsicum diced
  18. Black pepper (for seasoning)

Instructions:

  1. Add olive oil to a stockpot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add all the veggies and cook for 4 minutes(stir occasionally).
  3. Add garlic, ginger, dry spices and other seasonings, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 3 cups of water and mix well.
  5. Now add the Chings Manchurian Soup mix and add 1 more cup of water. Bring to a simmer and add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and vinegar, simmer for 8-10 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Add the ching’s noodles to the mix and simmer for another 2-3 minutes or until the noodles have softened( soggy noodles suck so be careful). Add scallions and stir to combine.
  7. Remove pan from heat, ladle soup into bowls and top with cilantro at the end. Enjoy your meal..!!

3 Healthy Fall Chai Lattes

(This post was meant to be published under #TriedNewTuesday section but due to some network issues I could not publish this post on Tuesday and instead i m publishing it today) Fall or summer its doesn’t matter in a country like INDIA. People here are addicted to a traditional Indian hot beverage called “Chai”. It’s so famous in this country that people love to start and end their days with it. Being an Indian I m still not addicted to this drink, unlike rest of my family. They are all in love with Chai. On the other hand, I prefer drinking coffee but as fall is arriving I too have that soft corner in my heart for hot beverages. Fall calls for warm mornings and hot drinks. I only love cold coffee I cannot drink coffee when its too hot. I like mine to be a mild and little warmer. Today i m working on my first ever post under #TriedNewTuesday section where I will be sharing all new recipes that I have tried recently and that turned out to be delicious.
I m not a hot coffee person at all I have tried being but then too i dont like hot and strong coffee and during fall I get this hot beverage cravings so I decided to find an alternative for it that turned out to be Chai and as I said before I hate drinking chai this made me little upset. But going through Pinterest I saw 3 amazing Fall Chai Lattes that I decided to try and share with you guys. I believe it’s an amazing coffee alternate and tastes delicious. I never though that these recipes will turn out to be so freaking good. So without saying anymore let’s just get straight to the recipes.

1st Chai Latte Recipe:

  1. Add 2 cups of water in a medium size pan.
  2. Add spices to this boiling water
  3. 1TSP Ground Cinnamon
  4. 1/2TSP Ground Ginger
  5. 1/2TSP Cardamom
  6. 1/2TSP Ground Nutmeg
  7. 1/8TSP Ground All Spice
  8. Whisk them together
  9. When the water gets boiled let them sit for 5 min.
  10. Then heat the pan again and add 2 black tea bags to it.
  11. Add 2TSP of honey
  12. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  13. Strain the liquid in a separate jar.
  14. Now add 3 Quater cup of froth milk(use blender or milk frother to froth your milk) into a different pan.
  15. Add 1TBSP honey Pinch of cinnamon Now add half equal parts of water and tea solution into a drinking cup.

2nd Chai Latte Recipe:

  1. Prepare 250 ml of deep chai tea into a pan.
  2. Take 250ml of milk in a pan and heat.
  3. Add 1TSP vanilla essence
  4. Pinch of cinnamon
  5. Pich of nutmeg
  6. 1-2 TSP honey
  7. Stir all well then pour it over the chai tea mix(take equal amount of milk and chai mixture)
  8. Froth with a frother or blend in a blender to get foam and bubbly texture.

3rd Chai Latte Recipe:

  1. Add 3 cups of water to a medium size pan.
  2. Add 1TSP peppercorn
  3. Add 4 cloves
  4. Add 1-star anise
  5. Add 4 cardamom
  6. A ginger 2 cinnamon sticks
  7. Let them boil for 5-10 minutes
  8. Heat it again for 5 minutes
  9. Add 3 black tea bags
  10. 1Cup milk
  11. 2 TSP honey
  12. Let it heat for 5 more minutes.
  13. Now let it sit for 5 minutes Strain the mixture into a cup

Pre And Post Workout Food Ideas

As soon as I started my workout routine the only thing I was worried about was WHAT WOULD I EAT??? because I wanted to have a healthy diet. Getting into a workout and still consuming all oily and unhealthy food was not a good idea to me and this was the first most thing which was bothering me.
M a kind of person who likes eating all things healthy. I don’t eat outside , if I go out with friends or family I avoid eating outside. I get back home and prepare myself a meal. I don’t know m like this only.
As I have started following my workout routine my heart I quite every kind of junk food I used to eat earlier. M not a big fan of chips, cold drinks, chocolate, and ice creams so it was kind of easy for me. I m very moodily when it comes to such things.Earlier I used to workout because I hated my body but now I have realized that I love my body and m gonna work hard on it so that “I Can Love It More” . I was not following a proper meal like what should eat before and after a workout and things m eating are worth eating or not But I read many articles on the internet and I got this idea of pre and post workout meal. I had no idea how important is to follow pre and post workout meal.

Earlier I used to have coffee and fruit juices but later I realized we have to eat things beyond fluids our body needs carbs and proteins before a workout.
As m following an intense workout routine, I feel like following an intense diet routine too. I researched a lot believe me a lot of Pre and Post Workout Food Ideas and I found some amazing and healthy recipe to try, though. I have tried every single recipe and they are super healthy and tasty. I tried almost 50 such recipes and picked out few which were quick, easy and tasty. I don’t like spending more than 10 minutes over my pre and post workout foods.
I will finally share those recipes with you today I was working from so long. Do keep one thing in mind never workout on an empty stomach.I have also noticed that you guys kind of like my food post more than any other post on my blog so I decided to go for it and this was the recent topic I was working on so hope you guys like it.

When I started my pre and post workout food intake I realized the difference. Earlier I used to feel little dizzy, low and out of energy as I was consuming only fluids while now I feel much more energetic and full of stamina and can workout for an hour or so, as m taking an appropriate amount of food before and after my workouts. I know it’s hard to believe for some of the guys but food gives you that boost and stamina that you truly require for a workout.

First, let me tell you.
The Importance of Eating Before Your Workout.
Whether you eat or not before your workouts your body burns the same amount of fat every time which can actually cause muscle loss if you regularly exercise on an empty stomach. When you’re hungry, your body goes under a different kind of survival mode and starts drawing protein from muscle instead of kidneys and liver, from where it normally takes protein and when this happens, you lose muscle mass, which can ultimately slow down your metabolism and make it harder for your workout or loose weight. Plus, if you exercise on an empty stomach, you’re not giving your body the fuel and power it needs to for an intense training session.

The Importance of Eating After Your Workout
During a workout, your body uses the fuel named glycogen stored in your muscles for energy. After you’ve completed the workout your muscles are broken down and depleted of their glycogen stores. Eating or drinking food that combines protein and carbohydrates both 30 minutes to an hour after your workout refills the energy stores, builds and repairs muscles that were broken down, and helps keep your metabolism strong.

The sooner you’ll start refueling, the better you and your body will be. A research has shown that your body’s ability to refill muscle stores decreases by 50 percent if you eat two hours after your workout compared to eating straight away. Try and plan ahead, if you are going gyming bring your recovery drink or your favorite healthy sandwich with you and if you are exercising at home prepare your post workout meal in advance so when you are done you have to just grab a bite instead of making it.

I plan my workout meal according to time I have. If I can prepare something hearty and heavy I would go for (Pre workout) veggie omelet or oatmeals and eggs but on normal days I go for a banana smoothie, iced Coffee, Fruits or Hearty Salad. After my workouts, i literally feel like eating something or I will pass out ay possible moment so I usually like going for chocolate milk (most of the time) or Banana Shake. I try Spinach Shake once and I felt taking it out the next moment. It was so yuk but it’s healthy so I m trying to search for some good recipes. That’s totally an issue with me if you are a spinach lover go for it and if you know a good recipe please do mention below.
