At Home Facial Routine

Welcome back to my blog guys, it’s no lie that I love to come up with something new every Saturday and it’s also no secret that I love sharing beauty tips that I have discovered recently and that actually worked for my skin. I thought today would be the perfect day to share with you all my “At home Facial Routine” as I was willing to share it with you all from a long time. I have had an amazing success with this routine, also I noticed a huge difference in the health and appearance of my skin. I m really look forward to doing this every week because it leaves my skin soft and glowing for the next 3-4 days. It only takes me about 30 minutes to get over with it and I guess its no big deal for self-care. My skin type is very sensitive as I have comparatively thin skin than normal but it’s not prone to breakout neither its oily, I m blessed to have such an amazing skin. I think 80% of the population struggles with acne and nobody is alone in this. I thought writing this post will be really helpful and informative for people looking forward to at home facial routines also I have been trying some new products that I will be sharing in this post today. Cleanse Face: The first step to any facial is to make sure your face is cleansed from oil, dirt, and makeup. I tend to alternate between two cleansers coconut oil and Nivea face cleanser. Both of them are gentle for any skin type and under budget too. Some days before my pamper routine if I m wearing makeup I will remove using my favorite Nivea Facial Cleanser but most of the time I love using coconut oil to remove makeup because it’s the best natural cleanser. First I remove my eye makeup and lipstick using Coconut Oil by just rubbing it gently over these areas because it’s the gentle and protective way to remove any makeup residue. Don’t scrub your eyes and lips like crazy you may hurt yourself. Using the Neutrogena wipes I remove all the residue, oil and makeup, I pat it around my eyes. You can also use a damp towel for doing so. Removing your makeup layer by layer helps to remove it properly. Coconut oil can be used for deep cleansing, for some people it’s hard to use oil as a cleanser as they already have oily skin and using more oil can make the skin worse, it’s totally optional to use any type of cleanser that it suitable for your skin. After removing with Neutrogena wipes I take a hot towel bring out all the hot water so that it becomes nice and steamy and apply it on my face, steam is going to remove any of the coconut oil remains from my pores. As the oil gets removed from my face so does a lot of other dirt and buildup. This is actually going to help your skin look clearer over time, be patient take your time and remove that bunch of oil from your face.

Exfoliate: Now when your skin is clear of all makeup next step is to exfoliate which will remove all the dead skin cells and make you look nice and glowy. So if you have dry skin I would recommend using a moisturizing scrub. Days when I feel like going all natural I would mix sugar with coconut oil for having a nice and hydrating scrub, you can also use sugar and honey or just honey by itself since it has all those amazing skin benefits. Some days I like using Nivea purifying face as a scrub, it’s like a liquid peel exfoliator and works amazingly both as a face wash and exfoliator. It doest has that soapy consistency which is actually for your skin. Just take a small amount on your palm rub it between and apply straight to your face now gently work all over your face and neck don’t be too harsh while scrubbing, the skin that comes off is insanely incredible, it’s almost disturbing to see so much of dead skin but yet again it good for your face though. You can see all skin peeling off on your palm. Don’t exfoliate over any open acne and sores let them heal but use it on the rest of your face and again wipe away all the extra product. Your skin will feel amazing just after exfoliation.

Steam: The next step is to steam your face which really helps to remove impurities. All I do is boil a pot of water and once it’s boiling I will take it off the stove and let it cool for few seconds and then I place my face a few inches from the pot and really let that steam open up my pores. Now, this can help to get rid of blackheads, pimple and those other stubborn impurities that are stuck deep down in your skin because it gently opens the pores and releases those impurities. After a few minutes rinse your face with some water and get ready for the fourth step.

Apply a Face Mask: Now coming on to the face mask I like using a homemade mask. This is something that I love doing whenever I feel like putting an extra effort to make my skin feel more special. So here’s a quick DIY face mask if you guys are interested in knowing. Take 2 tsp of gram flour+few drops of milk+1 tsp of oil and blend it together until it forms a nice creamy consistency now apply it all over your face and neck using an old foundation brush but make sure it’s clean. This face mask is one hundred percent natural, you can also use your fingers for doing so but I like using a brush because it helps to apply face mask faster and more evenly and I also like doing this because it feels quite soothing. This face mask is great if you have facial hair like me I have got so irritated of getting my face waxed time and again it’s so painful and it’s making my skin look bad and acne prone and now that I have quit waxing my face I tend to apply this mask twice a week on my face and I can see the difference already. Leave this mask for at least 10-15 minutes or until it dries completely and let the mask work its magic meanwhile you can either go get a shower or enjoy a green tea while relaxing on your bed reading your favorite book. Girl just go crazy enjoy your day out, get into the flow of your pamper routine do everything that makes you feel special.

When the color starts to go a little lighter its time to rinse it off with some warm water,  take a wet towel go ahead and clear everything from your face removing in circulation direction, it can be an intense mask to remove so be gentle. If your face looks super red and irritated there is nothing to worry about you are completely fine. Pat dry your face with a clean towel at the end.

Moisturise: The last and the most important step is to moisturize and treat your skin. First I like to take a small amount of coconut oil on my fingertips to apply it around my eye area to moisturize it. Now I like to take a small amount of my favorite moisturizer Dove Purely Pampering to moisturize my entire face including the neck. Our skin gets ripped out of all the natural sebum during the facial process and it’s really important to moisturize it to provide it with that sebum again. You can apply any type of serum that you want or anti-aging treatments. It’s the best way to replenish your skin.

Treat Your Eyebrows, Eyelashes, and Undereyes: Now the next tip is great for your eyebrows, eyelashes and under eyes. If you have thin eyelashes and eyebrows unlike me use natural coconut oil or vaseline to massage those areas I don’t like using fancy expensive products for this cause and I bet this tip is kind of easy and affordable. Sometimes I prepare an under eye mask if I m feeling like doing it but most of the time I like to place cucumber slices on my eyelids and rest for approx 10 minutes. Using Coconut oil and vaseline are really going to help moisturize all those areas well. You can use eye cream of your choice but make sure its light and doest hurt or irritate your eyes, don’t rub too harshly just pat it gently in.

Lip Scrub: Next step is to work on your lips and for this, I m going to use a DIY lip scrub. You will need 1 tsp of sugar and 1tsp of coconut oil that’s it and were done. This is something I like to do maybe 2-3 times a week. Now exfoliate your lips with this lip scrub it’s totally easy to make and works like magic. Everything is super self-explanatory once you get into the flow. Your skin will be fully clean and detoxed leaving you ready for the bed just after. Trust me it’s going to look beautiful next morning.

Just before your about to start your facial, I want you guys to grab a cup of green tea or a bottle of water.

5 Fall Skin Care Routine Essentials

Our skin is as soft and gentle as a flower petal and we need to be very careful while choosing products for our skin care regime. As Fall has almost arrived I thought of changing my skincare products. During fall the days grow shorter , temperature drops, the air becomes drier and our skin may lose its precious moisture. Fall is a transition time and a proper skin care routine will sort all the summer skin damages prevailing making your skin winter ready. Fall calls for more heavy, thick and oil based moisturizing products so be careful while picking up you skincare essentials. My 5 Fall Skin Care Routine Essentials are mentioned below.

Right Cleanser : Cleanser helps remove extra makeup residues and dirt so massage your face gently with an alcohol-free cleanser for 4-5 minutes. As I m still under a skin treatment I m only allowed to use products prescribed by my dermatologist. I m not using any artificial cleanser, in fact, I use honey for cleansing my face. Honey is a natural anti-bacterial and it works best against acne. It’s full of ani-oxidants that slow down our aging process. It’s extremely moisturizing and soothing giving your skin extra bounce and glow.

Ditch Soapy Face Wash: fragrant soapy face wash may make you feel wonderful on a hot summer day but they may leave your skin dry during winters. So ditch these soapy face wash and cleanse your face thoroughly with a creamy cleanser type. Splash your face with lukewarm water to open up the pores, then (don’t forget to wash your hands before using them on your face) take a small amount of creamy face wash rub it between your palm to make bubbles for 2-3 minutes ,now gently massage on your face for 3-4 minutes to remove all the impurities. Rinse with cold water at the end to close open pores. I m using EPISOFT face cleanser as a facewash. It’s amazing and I can totally see the difference on my skin. My face is acne and marks free now.

Oil Based Exfoliater: Start your new season with a full body exfoliation. An oil based scrub will exfoliate and hydrate your face same time. It’s very necessary to exfoliate your face and body during winter to remove all the summer dead skin. It’s hard for me to find a good oil based exfoliator instead I like using my NIVEA skin refining scrub with few drops of coconut oil. Believe me, it works the same.

Perfect Toner: Choose a right toner for you skin type. If your skin becomes extra dry during fall choose oil based toner. Take a small amount toner on a cotton pad and apply it in upper direction to keep your skin tight and glowy. I like using THE BODY SHOP aloe calming toner. It so calming and soothing, and aloe vera keeps your skin fresh and hydrated.

Heavy Moisturizing Face Cream: As the air becomes drier our face and body needs heavy moisturization. A thick moisturizing cream act as a strong oil barrier which means it reduce water loss on the outer skin layer providing hydration to this layer. Moisturize your face within 3 minutes after applying toner. Use a sunscreen with rich moisture and SPF. I m using ACROFY sebum control face cream. The color and texture of my skin have completely changed. I can see the glowy and dewy skin that was lost somewhere.

Lip Protection: last but the most important use a good chapstick to hydrate and moisturize your lips during fall. Like you face your lips need heavy moisturization too. Use a good chapstick with long lasting effect and good SPF.

EXTRA TIPS:

  1. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. I know it’s hard during fall but you need to get into a habit now.
  2. Use healthy face packs and store them in a refrigerator after use.
  3. Get minimum 8 hours sleep.
  4. Exfoliate twice a week.
  5. Use a humidifier.
  6. Change to an oil based moisturizer.
  7. Protect your lips in and out( At home and under sunlight)
  8. Add little amount of coconut oil to your exfoliator.

Sun, humidity, warm air, chlorine, and salt water have had a huge impact on your skin during summer and therefore we all need fall miniaturization and exfoliation. How I Got Rid of Cellulite in 4 Weeks

Getting rid of cellulite has always been on top on my to-do list but I was too lazy to try something which would take years to give the results. One day I finally decided to work on it and the best place to find some simple remedies was Pinterest. I went through many blogs and noted down few tips which could really help me to get rid of the cellulite. I created my own set of 15 tips from tons of tips that actually did work for me and helped to get rid of that ugly cellulite in just four weeks. Yes, just four weeks, I put all my efforts to get the results and same goes with anyone who is willing to try this. I love my body just like anyone else it’s not perfect but I love the way it is I can try to make it perfect in my own way.

I don’t have too much cellulite issue but I don’t want that little teeny meeny cellulite to turn into a big monster one day so I m taking precautions already. I have heavy thigh legs and m still working on getting that thigh gap and the day anything works out for me I will share it soon.Let me first tell you that cellulite is a medical condition in which our thighs becomes dimpled. It’s mainly the accumulation of fat cells, toxins, and proteins that have not been eliminated by the body.

I know you must be getting impatient by now and dying to get to those tips as soon as possible so let’s get started.

Keep Yourself Hydrated : This works, believe me, this works like magic. You don’t need to do anything else if you are drinking enough water a day. I drink 10-12 glasses of water each day and I can see the difference in my body. Staying hydrated all day long should be your first priority.

Lemon water: lemon water has millions of benefits. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning grab a glass of lemon water. It will help flush out all the impurities out of your body and you will feel fresh. It actually detoxifies your body.

Anti-Cellulite Diet: Get into an anti cellulite diet. I know it’s hard to depend on all those veggies all day long but they can buy a body you always wanted. Don’t change your diet after reading this, I know nobody will or can do that but try adding healthy food to your diet. Start slowly, first change your breakfast and that work on other meals. Have healthy veggies and fruits regularly which are rich in protein, iron, and vitamins.

Green Tea: My favorite thing of the entire day is having a cup full of green tea. It’s the foremost essential thing for me I love to have 2 cups of green tea each day. I have not still moved on that 3rd cup but m still working on it. I used to add a bit of sugar to my green tea but now m done doing that. A big no no to that evil sugar from now. I have increased liquid intake from last 2 months so it’s becoming difficult for me to have that 3 cup but m not giving up I will work on it soon. You can go for any green tea you like or make your own if you want so but have 2-3 cups of green tea a day.

Cut Out on Sugar & Salt: Stop consuming salt and sugar in excessive amount. These devils will ruin your body, kick them out of your life. I know it’s hard but give it a try and as I say start slowly, you will feel the difference.

Big No to Fitted Clothes: Chuck out all your tight fitted clothes. Remove them from your wardrobe. Put them in a place where you can’t see them. Let your body breath, please. Don’t wear clothes to please or flatter someone else even if you not feeling comfortable in them. Wear a bit loose and flowy clothes so that your body can breathe too.

Move Around & Workout: This is the best way to get rid of cellulite fast. Get up early, stretch your body and go out for running. If you don’t feel doing this, just move around a bit and start a workout routine. Focus on the areas like thighs and buttocks. You can see youtube videos for some workout routine or yoga poses. Get into a workout routine ASAP. I workout twice a day and love going for a walk and before sleeping, I do some yoga poses it really helps me to get a better sleep.

Good Skin Cream: Start using good skin creams for your body. After every bath moisturize your body with a good moisturizer and while applying it massage in upward and circular motion this will help in better blood circulation. If you want you can make your own herbal moisturizer, the choice is all yours.

Salt Water Bath: If not twice then at least once a week have a salt water bath. It will help remove toxins and fat cells from your body. Just add few tablespoons of salt to your water tub and relax for half an hour and then take a bath as usual.

Dry Brush Regularly: This one is the best if you want to see the results fast. Just buy a dry brush and brush your entire body while bathing. It will remove all the dead skin and toxins you won’t believe existed. The image will give you a good idea about how you can dry brush your body. Do this regularly for better results.

Anti Cellulite Massage: If you want you can visit any spa for an anti-cellulite massage or you can massage by yourself at home. Just take help of any family member. Apply few drops of coconut oil on your thighs and massage in an upward direction. Watch youtube videos for a proper guidance. I massage my body twice a week with coconut or olive oil.

Body Wraps: Body wraps have shown good results so far and this was a new thing which I tried recently. I was not having a good idea about it so I took help of youtube. Among those millions of remedies mine favorite were coconut oil and plastic wrap. Just two ingredients for a body wrap, I know it’s unbelievable but this works. You will not get perfect results in the first attempt but be patient. Apply this body wrap daily or alternate for best results. I like to clean the area where I m going to apply that body wrap. Next, I use some coconut oil for massaging my thigh legs and start wrapping that plastic wrap around it and leave it overnight. Make sure your body wrap is not too tight or not to loose because you have to sleep with it. Body wraps help burn fat due to perspiration. This method takes fewer efforts so try it.

Coffee Scrub: This one is my favorite and helped me get the results in just 4 weeks. I love using this scrub on my body, it’s the best way to get rid of that ugly cellulite. All you need is just 3 ingredients coffee, sugar, and coconut oil. Caffeine act as a natural skin tightening agent so it works best against cellulite problem. Take 2 tablespoons of coffee, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and 1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil. This is how I prepare my coffee scrub you can do the way you want. Just apply to your thighs in an upward direction and keep massaging for 5-6 minutes and then wash it off. The coconut oil in the scrub will act as a natural moisturizer but if want you can apply moisturizer after your bath. I like applying this coffee scrub thrice a week.

Sleep Enough: As I always say sleep enough to stay beautiful. Sleep 8 hours minimum to feel fresh and healthy next day. Nothing will work if you will not have proper sleep. Allow your body to rest properly so that your body can feel fresh and healthy just like you.

My Under-Budget Skin Care Routine

I have been following a skin care routine for a long time and it has really helped me to keep my skin healthy and nourished. it doesn’t matter what skin type you have oily, dry, combination whatever, having a perfect skincare routine is a must. my skin care routine is under budget and affordable too. I don’t believe in buying fancy products that don’t even work on your skin. so try to go for brands you are comfortable with suit yourself, ladies.

my skin care routine is a bit different, 1 week I like to try these branded skin care products and on the other I like to go all herbal. I give my skin 1 week time so that I can see if the products are really working for my skin or not.
There are 3 basic steps in a normal skin care routine :
1. Cleansing
2. Toning
3. Moisturizing
But I have added some steps which I like to follow in my skin care routine, they are counted amongst Asian beauty secrets tips to get a healthy and glowy skin.

My skin care routine includes:

1. Cleansing

2.Icing

2. Exfoliating

3.Toning

4.Moisturising

The products that I will mention in this post have been tried by me, earlier I was not at all a skin care routine person, but now I don’t skip my routine a single day because we need to follow this routine in order to keep our skin clean and fresh. These products were soo good for my skin that I decided to share it with you all. they are underbudgeted and works soo well.

Cleansing : you can use any kind oil  which is right for your skin to remove all your makeup at once, I personally like to use coconut oil the day when I decide to go all herbal because it works amazingly on my skin But on the other days I prefer Nivea cleansing milk. It has that milky lotion texture which helps remove everything. Put few drops of this creamy substance on your finger and massage in circular motion for 3-4 minutes. massaging your face with cleanser helps you remove all the makeup and dirt. don’t use water lets the milky substance work on eon your skin. if you have dry skin use foam cleanser and if you have oily skin use milk cleanser.

Icing : after cleansing wash your face with water. now take an ice cube and apply on your face in an upward direction. It helps reduce the puffiness, large pores, and Smoothens your skin. if you have sensitive skin the wrap it in a cloth and then move in circular motion. this way you can enjoy a nice facial.

Toning : once you apply ice on your face leave it for 5 minutes and then take a cotton pad and pour few drops of toner on it. I use body shop toner and it is amazing. I love body shop products they work so well o your skin. cleaning your face with toner helps remove any leftover of makeup. it actually detoxifies your skin

Exfoliate : exfoliating your face is really really important. I exfoliate my skin twice a week to keep it fresh. the layer of our skin becomes dead as it’s important for us to remove that dead skin. I exfoliate using Nivea face scrub. its can be used in 5 ways so I love this product. This scrub can be used as the face wash, face scrub and face pack but I love using this as the face scrub. it has that skin whitening properly which helps to make your skin fairer. Nivea products are worth buying.

Tea Bag : take a freshly  used tea bag and apply under your eyes and your breakout areas. it really helps you calm down the stress and irritation.

Moisturizing : last and the most important step is to moisturize and protect your face. I use dove skin cream to moisturize my face. its light and fresh and affordable too. If you are suffering from those aging properties don’t forget to apply under eye cream. well, i don’t use any under eye cream so can’t recommend one.

that’s all for my skin care routine and dont forget  it dosent matter what brand you use to make sure they work well on your face. skin care routine is a must for men and women so stop avoiding it and keep your skin healthy. once you will start following this routine you will gradually see the difference. How I Got Pink lips Naturally

I have been working on this post for a long time. I tried tons and tons of home remedies for getting pink lips. Saw many youtube videos and blogs but only a few were efficient to work on my lips. Months before I was suffering from some kind of skin infection and due to that I could not try these remedies on my lips as they were in horrible condition but as soon as they became normal I tried every single method I searched.

I don’t have dark lips but I don’t have pink lips too, my lip color is somewhere in the middle of these two. I wanted to try these methods and see if they could make my lips any better. My lips sometimes become dry for no reason and skin starts coming out, this irritates me a lot and forces me to peel it off, it hurts badly and I could not wear lipstick most of the time.

I wanted to try these remedies as I badly wanted to get rid of this problem and having pink lips has always been my first priority, I mean who will not love to have gorgeous pink lips. Here are 3 remedies which tried and that really worked for my lips and helped me make them pink.

1. Unsalted butter or ghee (1 tablespoon), olive or coconut oil (1 tablespoon), honey (1 tablespoon), turmeric (a pinch), aloe vera gel (1 teaspoon)

Mix all these things in a bowl and put the mixture into an airtight container because you can use this mixture for a month, now wipe your lips using rose water and apply this mixture on your lips and leave it overnight. Wash your lips in the morning, if you are using this mixture in the day time skip turmeric and you are good to go.

2. Coconut oil or olive oil (1 tablespoon), crushed sugar (1 tablespoon)

Mix these things into a bowl and wipe your lips using rose water now massage your lips with this mixture. All you are doing is scrubbing your lips to remove all the dead skin, make sure to be gentle because pushing too hard will damage your lips. After scrubbing your lips need hydration so apply petroleum jelly. You can do this before going to bed.

3. Tea bag

Take a tea bag dip it into hot water and drink that tea, you would not want to waste your green tea coz I don’t do that like ever. Now take that tea and put it into the freezer overnight. Take it out in the morning and apply on your lips 10 times clockwise and anticlockwise direction.

Few more things which I wanted to share is that your lips color reflects your digestion system which means if you have dark lips you have severe digestion problem so do consult a doctor. Next, if you are a coffee addict just like me. Make sure to use a straw because drinking coffee directly makes your lips darker due to caffeine. I m trying these remedies from last 3-4 months and believe me they really really work. Have tried tonnes but I would say these really showed the results. Your Dark Circles Bother You…?

In a protracted time i m posting one thing concerning care. Today during this post i m getting to tell you terribly straightforward homespun remedies to get rid of your dark circles. I do know we tend to all desire a stunning face. However no one is born good. So we try many methods to get rid of thing that we don’t want on our face. We all know that beauty of every face is eyes but those beautiful eyes have additional dark circles too which makes us looks ugly. Who don’t want to look beautiful. Obviously we all want beautiful eyes but for this we should take out a little time for ourselves so that we can pamper ourselves. I have dark circles too and they are very dark i don’t like them and i do everything just to get rid of them. Wearing makeup all the time is not a good option. So we should try something natural that is good for our skin too. I have been trying many things just to get rid of these ugly dark circles and i saw they are really giving me good results. The blackness and the area is gradually decreasing on my face. These natural tips were worth to try. I tried all of these one by one in a gap of a month or 2. I also wanted to know that which of these is best for me or any other girl and i found out that all of these natural tips are working properly and are also giving equally good results.

So now i will  tell you all those natural homemade tips which will help you a lot. Without wasting anymore time lets get started.

  1. FIRST tip is to drink lots and lots of water. Water keeps your body hydrated and also help you to lower down the stress level.
