September & October Favorites

Hey guys, I m back with my monthly favorites post and this time I will be sharing my September and October favorites together. Yeah, two months favorites all bunched up in one!! I missed out on both the months I know my fault I m sorry its just work getting in my way I m living a hectic life for a while now it’s not that I hate getting busy but it was an overwhelming experience this time. While I was working on my fall favorites I decided to write a quick post that includes all the stuff that I loved during September & October. So yeah sit back grab a cup of coffee or any beverage of your choice and enjoy this post. I promise I won’t take long, will mention all the stuff and why I loved them that’s it. So let’s just dive right into the post.

It was the rainy season when I picked out these three beauty products and they are working so well in fall too. I have become a bit concerned about getting my hands on new beauty products compared to last year. Also, I m trying hard to keep my skin healthy and nourished no matter what time of the year it is. Its been a while now since I m using these products and I m totally in love with them. They are working perfectly on my skin. Its time now I introduce them. The first product is the Dove Intensive Cream for the body. It’s thick but not oily and good for all skin type, especially for colder times. I like to use it right after I shower so that it can penetrate deep into my skin and keep it moisturized all day long.

Next product is this Garnier B.B Cream I have a little confession to make. I usually do not wear foundation for my daily makeup routine I mostly use BB cream and it’s been like almost 2 years since I m using this one. I was running out of it so picked a new one. Perfect for girls with wheatish complexion because for me finding a good shade is a real struggle. It gets really hard to find products such as foundation, face powder and BB Cream that matches my skin tone. But this I guess was made for me. If makeup could be your soul mate this would be mine definitely. I have tried Ponds and Lakmé BB cream as well but they get a little oily and also a bit darker for my skin tone so totally no from my side.

Next beauty product is this lip cream aka lip balm from Nivea. I personally love Nivea products I can be their brand ambassador if they want me to( Just Kidding!!) All the beauty products I use they are mostly from Nivea it’s such a good brand cheap but good quality. I can trust all of their products eyes closed. They are soo good for all skin types. I feel I got a little carried away sorry let’s get back on track. I was talking about this lip care by Nivea which I picked recently when I was shopping with mum. I forgot to carry mine so had to get a new one from the store. Frankly, when I used it for the first time my lips felt soo good. This one is little different from the ones I have used earlier. It’s got that minty vibe to it. When you apply it stays for a long time plus your lips feel fresh, cool and minty. My fav so far, such a good product to carry when you are on a go. I carry it all time with me in my bag, my jeans anywhere anytime I want. It’s so small in size to fit perfectly anywhere.

So glad that we finally have KAVENTERS in Udaipur. A very well known beverage brand selling out the best milkshakes in INDIA. I was checking out my friend’s profile when I came to know that kaventers is finally here. Was really excited to try it out. Me and mum went to the mall for movie one day we were just chilling and decided to eat something I picked a coffee from Kaventers because I m not a milkshake person at all (to be frank) I decided to go for coffee that day. Was not in a mood of experimenting at all I was so tired after the movie and shopping. The cold coffee was quite cheap plus it tasted amazing which is another bonus for the price you are paying and one more thing it’s actually served in a cool carry jar. So you can carry your milkshakes or coffee with you if you’re on a go. I mean how amazing is that I just love Kaventers for this new thing. Cheap but tasty I mean it had to be amazing because I picked coffee.

I m a sucker for all cute things whether it be a mug, jar or a bottle. If you want to see my collection be sure to comment down below will love to share them with you. So yeah I was on a hunt for a new bottle which I can carry 24/7 with me also when I m out for running errands. I wish to have a bottle which I can carry easily in my bags and it’s really a struggle to find that perfect size. Either they are too small for the water quantity I m willing to carry or they are too big for my bag size. The bottle I m currently using is from CCD I got it when I was out chilling with my friend it’s no shame to carry such bottles you save a lot of your money because these are very cheap and usable. Don’t throw them away you can use these plastic bottles multiple times, just refill them and they are good as new you will definitely save a lot of your money. Do things that can help you save the environment. We are encouraging pollutions by throwing plastic bottles every day. These kind of water bottles are available everywhere in store, airports, railway station, grocery store everywhere just find that one perfect size for you. I have been carrying this for a long time now and trust me it’s still in an amazing condition. So go for such plastic bottles instead by buying expensive ones.

Whenever I get time from work I binge over YouTube, listen to podcasts, watch tv and do some random stuff. I believe in utilizing that free time too. But recently I was looking for something I can chill on totally not thinking about anything work but just having fun. I was going to play store for some game options where I saw this game named Ludo people are going crazy over it. I have seen so many people playing and enjoying it. The rating was high plus everyone is talking about how addicting and cool is this game. I too wanted to give it a try so I downloaded it. Trust me guys it’s really addicting but not in a bad way. Whenever I wanna chill after my working hour I will just play one game online and that’s it. It really helps you get rid of those weird work thoughts and pressure you are getting all day and have fun as a little kid. So do check it out.

Next fav is this black sling aka envelop bag that I got from a local store. It was a random store on street and I was picking some jewelry pieces when I decided to buy this because when I saw it I wanted it badly that’s it. Its an amazing must have, a basic black bag that perfectly goes with every outfit. It’s one of my go-to bag of all time. It was very cheap plus the quality was too good to buy. I was ok to pay the price for such piece. Buying a black sling bag was on my list from so long, I think they look cool when you’re off for running errands too and it has been best so far. That metal thing at the front side gives it more of that edgy and high-end look which I soo soo Love. The size is perfect also it has enough space to carry all my essentials.

I love horror and thriller movies it’s my fav genre of all. I have seen all parts of conjuring and Annabelle so I was really excited for the Annabelle Creation which was out in 2017 I badly wanted to go and watch it in theatre everybody knows how cool it is to watch a horror movie on a big screen. I wanted to have that thrilling feeling and goosebumps all over my body but none of my family members or friends were coming over to watch with me and I couldn’t go alone so I dropped it and later I watched it online. Amazing movie and the amazing concept it is perfectly connected with the first part, if you want to add it to your fall movie list you definitely should. I bet you’ll enjoy it.

Everyone knows how much I love writing and journaling and my love for planners and journals will be forever. I was running out of pages in my notebooks so I picked 2 new notebooks from Archies store. They were affordable plus I loved the cover pages of both. I was very confused between the two so I picked both of them. They are very cute, the pages are good in quality too you cannot ask for more really. The smaller is for journalling and the bigger one is my bullet journal I started bullet journalling recently and thought this would be the perfect size for starting as a beginner. So yeah I love to collect notebooks and these two are my favorites so far. It sleek, its stylish and I love the fact that it has a quote on it which motivates me daily as soon as I pick it for work.

Winter in India calls for a lot of weddings. There were so many for me to attend this season first I went out of town for my best friends wedding and then came back for my cousin’s wedding. It has been such a hectic but an amazing month so far. Marriages really bring out the joy and happiness in families. I met so many people throughout this month did so many amazing things that I will remember forever. Now talking about the outfits I wore for the wedding. Firstly I styled this long dress which I got for my sister’s wedding and it’s one of my all-time favorite dress and perfect for the wedding season. Got it from a local boutique in Ajmer street. I always get lots and lots of compliments on this dress. The length, the embroidery, the colors everything shouts festive vibes. I was also thinking of doing a wedding outfits post. If I get time I will surely post all the dresses I wore this wedding season but yeah this one will always be my fav.

2017 for me has been all about being healthy, eating healthy and doing more and more workouts. I have tried to be consistent throughout my journey and stay fit. For days when I m running out of my breakfast supplies, I picked Quaker Oats as a perfect substitute for a smoothie. I love having smoothies for my breakfast every day but recently I have started eating oats and they taste so good and are healthy equally. With tasting good they keep me full until afternoon, my lunch hours. They are super easy to make and taste delicious every time I make them. All you need is water or milk, put oast in a bowl, add milk to it, heat and add seeds, fruits, nuts all that stuff of your choice. Well, I like to get creative with my toppings every day so I put different things according to my mood. Having oats for my breakfasts is also one of my October favorites as I m trying to add more and more healthy things to my lifestyle and oats have been such a good food option for me.

I m not a heels person at all, I cannot even walk straight if you will ask me too. I own 2-3 pair of heels hardly. It doesn’t mean that I cannot walk in heels I do wear them but occasionally or when days I want to add some heights to my outfit. I have been looking for some good wedges and heels everywhere online and offline. So many girls all over Instagram own this gorgeous pair of heels which I wanted so badly. I have been seen girls killing it, styling it in the most stylish way possible also I have seen so many colors and materials available for the same. I was ordering one online from forever21 but then I saw the same in PaylessSourse India. It was made of the exact color and material I wanted so without thinking twice I picked it. It’s gorgeous nude suede heels which I love soo soo much. I wore it for like straight 5-6 hours and trust me it’s comfortable like hell. If needed you can even run in it which is a plus point for me. I m still drooling over this pair its such a beauty. It looks super cute with boyfriend and skinny jeans you can totally dress them up or dress them down. I m sure you guys can pop at Payless any day and find the exact same pair. Also there were many other colors available too. If you are curious mine is in size 5. They are suede, they are nude they are sandals PERFECT. That thick heel is everything I was looking for in a shoe. I love thick heels so couldn’t say no when I first saw it. My wardrobe doesn’t have anything like this so yeah I m happy to add this masterpiece.

I love plain and oversized tees, colors like black, white, grey and navy blue plus all dark colors look so good during fall as well as in summer season. I picked these two from Big Bazaar men section they are in size small if you are wondering. I love the material it’s so comfortable and good in quality. Plain tees are my jam I have all basic colors like black, white, grey, navy blue so this time I wanted to experiment a little with colors and that is why I picked this dark brown tone color and navy blue. I believe brown looks super cute with black jeans. I m looking forward to layering it with some winter essentials. I know I would rock it basic girls life. Basic tees like these are staples for every girl’s wardrobe. I dig on such tees wherever I see them. They are not super long in length and goes perfectly with my height. I tuck it in whenever I wear them. Tucking in is a great option when you have that extra fabric hanging down there.

My last monthly favorites are these jewelry pieces I picked up recently from a local store. Dainty and stylish jewelry pieces are my jam. You show me I will buy it coz I crave for such pieces. Lately, I have been in love with silver jewelry don’t know why I believe I have seen so many people wearing it that now I too want it. But its good thing that I m buying more and more silver pieces because they go so well with my Guess Couture watch. I really don’t own much silver jewelry so I had to get it when I saw them. First I have these two beautiful rings one is in silver with bow shape diamond which is a totally cute thing and the other is golden with a blue stone in the centre which looks adorable and is in fashion now. Both are in size 16. I love them they look soo good, high end and fashionable. Next I have a silver bracelet and a silver necklace. Both are thin and delicate and I personally adore such dainty items. Again I didn’t have any silver necklace or bracelets before these. My first time with silver jewelry and I believe they look so well with my skin tone. 5 Latte Recipes For Fall

I m a devout lover of all things coffee. Though I m not too addicted I would surely give up my morning breakfast before I would give up my morning coffee. I m in love love with my daily morning latte. As soon as I wake up every day, after doing my usual morning stuff I take my zombie-like, half awake walk directly into my kitchen, brew my coffee, froth my milk and prepare myself a warm cup of happiness and then I go and start my day. Now it is true I cannot start my day without a coffee but I only drink one cup coffee a day not more than that. I drink cafe latte specifically. Every now and then I crave for something different or a little different I would say. I mean who doesn’t want to add new flavors to life. The day I discovered these coffee drinks was just one of those days. These fall-inspired latte recipes are creamy and satisfying, a perfect way to get your caffeine jolt for the day.

Mint Latte

Wake me up with a mint green tea latte anytime any day. I have been drinking this mint tea latte every time I want a noncaffeinated drink. The nice depth of flavors and the froth made from the frother creates the perfect texture. I used whole milk and brown sugar as sweeteners but feel free to add some honey if you want to sweeten up your latte.

Ingredients:

  1. Half a cup hot water
  2. Tea bag
  3. 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  4. One cup froth milk.

How to:

  • Boil half a cup of water for about 30 sec.
  • Add mint flavored green tea bag to it. And let it rest for few minutes.
  • Add a tablespoon of sugar to the cup and mix.
  • Now froth a cup of milk in a frother or mixer and add it to the green tea mix.
  • Your frothy mint tea latte is ready.
Golden Latte

This year I so wanted to try the Turmeric Latte. All thanks to the Pinterest I was instantly hooked when I first had it. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory powder spice. When its paired with warm milk, honey, cinnamon, and ginger pure magic happen. For the past 2 weeks, I have been enjoying a cup in the afternoon when I m feeling particularly tired and crunchy from work or when I m in desperate need of something sweet.

Ingredients:

  1. Half ginger
  2. 1&1/2 tsp turmeric
  3. A cup of milk
  4. Black pepper for taste
  5. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

How to:

  • Add a dash of milk, ginger, turmeric powder and sprinkles of black pepper to a mixer.
  • Blend all of them well.
  • Strain the mixture into a cup.
  • Froth a cup of milk.
  • Add milk to the mixture.
Earl Grey Tea Latte

What else can be a better way to start your fall without some hot beverages and I advise you cozying up with a rose and earl grey tea latte. I have to admit, my predilection for coffee has stunted my relationship with tea. I m making it a goal to get more creative with my elixirs for new year. So far I m off to a good start because I m thrilled with how this tea latte turned out. For me, I m addicted to earl grey tea and for this latte recipe, earl grey was a perfect choice. The result is a luscious, warm and insanely aromatic cup of tea.

Rose Syrup:

  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1/4 cup water
  3. 1/2 cup edible rose petals.
  4. Earl grey Tea

Ingredients

  • One cup whole milk.
  • One cup boiling water
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bag
  • Four tsps rose syrup
  • One tablespoon Honey or sugar
  • One tbsp edible Dried rose petals.
  • Rosewater

How to(make rose syrup):

  • Add sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook until the sugar dissolves.
  • Turn off the heat, add rose petals and steep for 5minutes.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pushing on the petals to extract as much of the remaining syrup as possible.
  • Boil half a cup of water.
  • Combine the earl grey tea bags with rose syrup and steep in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Discard the tea bag.
  • Let it rest for few minutes.
  • Add one tablespoon Honey or sugar to it.
  • Froth a cup of milk into a frother to your desired warmth and foam.
  • Fill your mug halfway with tea and rose syrup mix and then add the frothed milk.
  • Mist the mug with a few sprays of high quality rose water.
  • Garnish with few dried rose petals.
  • Add dried rose petals on the top of the cup if desired.
Cinnamon Latte

I have got a perfect pre-fall latte recipe to warm you up a bit. I promise this recipe will make your fall better than ever. The combination of coffee, cinnamon and especially honey will get your back. Meet your new favorite coffee drink. I was a little worried that it will be going to be too sweet but when I took that first sip wooww!! It was AMAZING!! honey and cinnamon together tasted marvelous. Cinnamon, honey, and espresso- delicious!

Ingredients:

  1. One tablespoon sugar
  2. One cup milk
  3. Half a cup water
  4. A dash of cinnamon
  5. A dash of nutmeg
  6. 2drops of vanilla essence
  7. One shot of espresso

How to:

  • Make a shot of espresso.
  • Add espresso, honey, 2 drops of vanilla essence and cinnamon to the blender. Pulse for about 15 seconds until nice and frothy.
  • Pour into a cup.
  • Now froth milk into a frother and add it to the coffee mix.
  • Spoon foam from blender onto tops of lattes.
  • Finish latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of nutmeg.
  • Sit back take a nice long sip and enjoy.
Dirty Chai Latte

I first heard about the DIRTY CHAI LATTE this fall over Pinterest, while going through some vegan latte recipe to try this October. I was so intrigued by the recipe since chai lattes are already one of my favorites drinks and I had a sneaking suspicion that it could only become better with the addition of a shot of espresso. I learned how to make them and they tasted insanely delicious and so I decided to add it to my fall latte recipe list. Not lying but this dirty chai latte has now come to replace my usual chai latte and coffee as a drink of choice.

Ingredients:

  1. One cup milk
  2. A dash of Cinnamon
  3. One tablespoon Honey
  4. 2shots espresso
  5. 2drops of vanilla essence
  6. Chai tea mixture

How to:

  • Boil half a cup of water.
  • Add black tea bags to it or you can use open leaves and boil it in water. Let the mixture rest for few minutes.
  • Now add a dash of cinnamon to the mix.
  • Next, add 2 drops of vanilla essence and one tablespoon of honey.
  • Now add 1-2 shots of espresso to the above mix. You can add shots as per your taste.
  • I don’t like strong coffee so I used one shot.
  • Now froth a cup of milk and add it to the above mix to get your desired dirty chai latte.

Cappachino & Mocha Frappuccino: Perfection In A Cup

I only have two words for today Cappuccino and Frappuccino oh man!! I m so in love with coffees these days and I believe that my posts may be truly depicting that. Now when I have learned to make all my favorite coffee house recipes at home I m so much more excited to try more and more each day. I know I know my waistline is going to be very very sorry but my taste buds, on the other hand, are throwing an awesome party making me crave for more and more coffee each day. It’s time to forget heading to your favorite coffee house for a coffee fix and make your own mocha frappuccino at home!

Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I will be sharing these 2 amazing coffee house recipes. First, we will be talking about Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino. It’s not a proprietary Starbucks recipe but it’s just a copycat clone that will save your time and money and most importantly you can treat yourself with a cup of homemade Starbucks drink anytime and it will take only 5 minutes of your entire day.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Shots Espresso, Chilled
  2. 1/3 Cup Milk (frothed and cooled)
  3. 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  4. 1 Large Cup Ice Cubes
  5. 2 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
  6. Whipped Cream or Ice Cream for serving, a little Chocolate Syrup

Instruction:

  • In a blender add 1 cup of ice cubes and 1/3 cup of chilled espresso.
  • Make sure your coffee is chilled. Add 1/3 cup of milk(any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. Then 2 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Viola, you have an easy homemade Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino. It’s a refreshing drink for your hot summer days. Easy and delicious!

Without a doubt, this is the best homemade cappuccino recipe I have ever tried from Pinterest. The end product is creamy and smooth with a strong but not too strong taste of coffee. I would like to call this as “Perfection In A Cup”. Each day I drink this coffee and I m left craving for more so I concocted this frothy mixture. I don’t own a proper espresso or a cappuccino machine but I could create the exact decadent drink using my blender. Coz you gotta use what you gotta have girl!! And there are so many amazing recipes available on the internet these days that won’t even require this high quality and expensive gadgets to create your favorite drink.

This simple homemade version of cappuccino in not as perfect as one made with fancy gadgetry but it guaranteed hits the spot when you need a shot of caffeine as soon as you wake up in the morning without taking a trip to your local coffee shop early morning. I know all of these drinks are somewhat related to each other but I could not resist myself from getting my hands on each of this recipe list for at least once and why not because for me summer is all about COFFEE!!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup Milk
  2. Cinnamon or Cocoa Powder for garnish(optional)
  3. 2-3 Ounces Brewed Espresso ( double shot)

Preparation:

  • Using an espresso machine or a regular blender brew 2 shots of espresso.
  • Steam 1 cup milk and generate a good amount of thick froth for cream using a blender. Remember you need to create more foam than you usually create for a latte. Place your heated milk in a lidded jar and shake vigorously, whip the milk for a minute or two until it’s nice and frothy. Make sure you use a jar large enough that leaves room for creating a thick foam.
  • Next, pour espresso into a serving mug, now slowly pour steamed frothed milk into the coffee. A cappuccino should be equal parts coffee and foam with about half the amount of milk. Using a spoon you can empty the foam and top your cappuccino with half of thick foam if required.
  • Dust with Cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired and its ready to serve and that’s how you can make a cappuccino without a machine.

3 Favorite Infused Water Recipes

We are all supposed to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day but very few of us can make up to this. One of my new year’s resolutions is to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day although I have been drinking 10 glasses of water since 2016 I m happy to move forward with this healthy habit of mine. Drinking normal water can be kind of boring so I have come up 3 delicious way to infuse my favorite fruits into the water to add that extra health benefits to it and drink more water. Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I wanted to share 3 infused water recipes that you guys will love love love. These are actually 3 belly detoxifying AKA flavored water recipes. Sometimes I like to prepare it a night before so that I can drink it as soon as my day starts and for rest of the day. Not to forget why I love drinking flavored water a)it’s my recent obsession and b) it’s my new year’s goal too. Infused water tastes much much better than regular water. It has that extra vitamins and minerals that make it tastes amazing and good for our health too. Drinking more water helps to get all the toxins out of our body.

If you are someone struggling to drink more water than infusing it with some fresh fruits and vegetables is the best way to add flavor to that boring glass of water. All you have to do is add your favorite fruits to a glass of water and you’re good to go. Not to forget it has many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are good for our body.

Things You Will Need:

  1. Fruits
  2. Vegetables
  3. Herbs
  4. Water

All you have to do is add as many fruits as you want to the water and let it sit for 30 minutes and enjoy. Trust me its the best way to drink more water in a day. You know infused water is pretty hard to resist.

Healthy Fall Breakfast Recipe

I have been on a lookout for some healthy and fall inspired breakfast recipes to get me through the entire week. Nothing cut my Monday blues quite like a cup of hot “Chai Latte” or “Green Tea”. Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I decided to post about a very simple yet healthy breakfast recipe prepared using only 4 ingredients. I know you must be thinking of this as a joke but it’s not. You will thank me after reading this post. After trying this recipe I thought of sharing it on my blog as it tasted yummy. All I can say while eating it is: Bring me some more, please..!!

Fall Egg Breads

This fall breakfast recipe made with Brown Bread, Egg, Milk and Honey is a delicious way to fight the entire week’s morning fly by. It’s one of the quick and healthy bread recipes. You will only need 5-10 minutes to prepare this. I m using brown bread instead of white as they are healthy and keeps me full until my lunch hours. I eat 3 egg bread every morning with my green tea or coffee.

Things You Will Need:
  1. Brown Bread Slices (2-3)
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/2 tablespoon honey

Preparation:
  1. Take a bowl (wide enough to dip your bread).
  2. Beat the egg and milk.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon honey.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Take a nonstick pan and heat on medium.
  6. Now dip the bread slice into the bowl and soak.
  7. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  8. Fry the saturated bread until it’s golden on each side.
  9. Viola..!! its ready to serve.

It’s an all time favorite recipe of mine, whenever I feel hungry after my evening workout I grab these egg bread. That’s all in today’s post. Hope you all are having healthy and happy mornings. 10-Minutes Spicy Noodle Soup Recipe

With the arrival of the fall season, everybody loves to comfort themselves with warm things, like coffee, sweaters, tea, soup, hot chocolate cake etc. Having spicy, slurpy soup on a chilly fall day has become my new obsession. I m a huge fan of quick and one pot recipes, though I m not a foodie or a chef but I still like to cook some easy recipes to pamper my taste buds whenever I feel like trying something new(or when I m hungry). Being addicted to Ching’s noodles lately, (as it tastes way better than Meggie noodles) I decided to experiment with it a little.
Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I will be sharing an incredibly easy and delicious 10 Minutes Ching’s Noodles Soup recipe with you. Fall has arrived and I have fallen in love with this soup recipe. I m so glad to share these kinds of healthy recipes on my blog, you guys like my food posts compared to others.
The fall season is here and we should not be late to fill our boxes with hot and cozy recipes. This incredible and delightful soup is made with Ching’s noodles, Ching’s soup mix, fresh veggies, spices, and herbs. It’s perfect hearty soup for fall I guess. I have added cilantro and hot pepper to top my spicy soup bowl you may choose anything of your choice(be creative).One great thing about this recipe is its simple, comforting and tasty at the same time, perfect for a lazy fall day yeah!! I guess I have said enough in the favor of it, let’s get straight to the recipes now.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages Ching’s Schezwan Noodles
  2. 1 package Ching’s Manchurian Soup mix
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 2 tablespoon Chings Hot chili sauce
  5. 1 small onion diced
  6. 1 small tomato diced
  7. 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  8. 5 clove garlic minced
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 4 cups of water
  11. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  13. 1/2 cup Scallion chopped
  14. 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  15. 1 carrot diced
  16. 1 green chili diced
  17. 1 capsicum diced
  18. Black pepper (for seasoning)

Instructions:

  1. Add olive oil to a stockpot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add all the veggies and cook for 4 minutes(stir occasionally).
  3. Add garlic, ginger, dry spices and other seasonings, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 3 cups of water and mix well.
  5. Now add the Chings Manchurian Soup mix and add 1 more cup of water. Bring to a simmer and add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and vinegar, simmer for 8-10 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Add the ching’s noodles to the mix and simmer for another 2-3 minutes or until the noodles have softened( soggy noodles suck so be careful). Add scallions and stir to combine.
  7. Remove pan from heat, ladle soup into bowls and top with cilantro at the end. Enjoy your meal..!!

Out of all kinds of beverage I love green tea the most. I m not addicted to caffeine as much as m addicted to green tea. Today under #TriedNewTuesday section I m going to post about “3 Favorite Fall Green Tea Flavours”. Being so obsessed with green teas lately, I got my hands on 3 flavors of Twining Green Tea London. I m so in love with this green tea that I can never ever get enough of its flavors. In our grocery stores it hard to find more fall inspired tea flavors so I had to manage with whatever I had. The only option I had was to pick any out of Twining’s section.

All these flavors are so calming and soothing that I feel totally relaxed with a sip of it. I have been drinking green teas from last 3 years. First, I started it seeing others but now I m addicted to it I cannot imagine my life without it seriously. I need 3 cups of green tea a day and it was not like this before, I started with one and now m at three. It was my this year’s goal into 3 cups of green tea any how. When I started drinking it I used to have it with sugar as I was not able to drink it without it I mean it tasted so horrible. I can understand it was also my first time so. For 1 and a half year, I continued drinking it with sugar but later I cut on my sugar intake completely (only for green teas).

Now that would be a long story on how I got into this green tea thing but I actually feel good that m addicted to green tea more than caffeine. Green tea is like a best friend to me on cold chilly fall days. You only need a cup of hot water with your favorite flavor of green tea in it and you’re good to go. I like to have my green tea with my breakfast, during my “Me Time” evenings at my happy place and just before m about sleep.

This post is gonna be very small because I only wanted to share about my 3 favorite Green Tea Flavors for this fall and I have mentioned them above. Twining Of London has become 1 of my favorite green tea brands I love all of their flavors. They are calming, soothing and tastes so good. You need to try their collection because it’s worth it and I know you will love it.

3 Healthy Fall Chai Lattes

(This post was meant to be published under #TriedNewTuesday section but due to some network issues I could not publish this post on Tuesday and instead i m publishing it today) Fall or summer its doesn’t matter in a country like INDIA. People here are addicted to a traditional Indian hot beverage called “Chai”. It’s so famous in this country that people love to start and end their days with it. Being an Indian I m still not addicted to this drink, unlike rest of my family. They are all in love with Chai. On the other hand, I prefer drinking coffee but as fall is arriving I too have that soft corner in my heart for hot beverages. Fall calls for warm mornings and hot drinks. I only love cold coffee I cannot drink coffee when its too hot. I like mine to be a mild and little warmer. Today i m working on my first ever post under #TriedNewTuesday section where I will be sharing all new recipes that I have tried recently and that turned out to be delicious.
I m not a hot coffee person at all I have tried being but then too i dont like hot and strong coffee and during fall I get this hot beverage cravings so I decided to find an alternative for it that turned out to be Chai and as I said before I hate drinking chai this made me little upset. But going through Pinterest I saw 3 amazing Fall Chai Lattes that I decided to try and share with you guys. I believe it’s an amazing coffee alternate and tastes delicious. I never though that these recipes will turn out to be so freaking good. So without saying anymore let’s just get straight to the recipes.

1st Chai Latte Recipe:

  1. Add 2 cups of water in a medium size pan.
  2. Add spices to this boiling water
  3. 1TSP Ground Cinnamon
  4. 1/2TSP Ground Ginger
  5. 1/2TSP Cardamom
  6. 1/2TSP Ground Nutmeg
  7. 1/8TSP Ground All Spice
  8. Whisk them together
  9. When the water gets boiled let them sit for 5 min.
  10. Then heat the pan again and add 2 black tea bags to it.
  11. Add 2TSP of honey
  12. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  13. Strain the liquid in a separate jar.
  14. Now add 3 Quater cup of froth milk(use blender or milk frother to froth your milk) into a different pan.
  15. Add 1TBSP honey Pinch of cinnamon Now add half equal parts of water and tea solution into a drinking cup.

2nd Chai Latte Recipe:

  1. Prepare 250 ml of deep chai tea into a pan.
  2. Take 250ml of milk in a pan and heat.
  3. Add 1TSP vanilla essence
  4. Pinch of cinnamon
  5. Pich of nutmeg
  6. 1-2 TSP honey
  7. Stir all well then pour it over the chai tea mix(take equal amount of milk and chai mixture)
  8. Froth with a frother or blend in a blender to get foam and bubbly texture.

3rd Chai Latte Recipe:

  1. Add 3 cups of water to a medium size pan.
  2. Add 1TSP peppercorn
  3. Add 4 cloves
  4. Add 1-star anise
  5. Add 4 cardamom
  6. A ginger 2 cinnamon sticks
  7. Let them boil for 5-10 minutes
  8. Heat it again for 5 minutes
  9. Add 3 black tea bags
  10. 1Cup milk
  11. 2 TSP honey
  12. Let it heat for 5 more minutes.
  13. Now let it sit for 5 minutes Strain the mixture into a cup
